• Mothers, grandmothers, cultural scripts that shaped our gender roles
• The glorification of sacrifice as a mark of womanhood
• Honouring endurance and self-sacrifice

Session 3: Restoring Bodily Authority

Question: When did you stop trusting your own rhythm and knowing?

• Womb as intelligence, not metaphor
• Reclaiming internal decision-making
• Creating and trusting boundaries

Session 4: Ending Self-Extraction
