Nomzamo is an advocate, yoga teacher, life coach and co-owner of The Toolbox, a wellness centre she founded with her sister in 2016. The mission of The Toolbox is to share tools for self and social repair. Self repair is a holistic approach to wellbeing. It is integral to the process of social repair. Nomzamo believes that through self repair we create capacity and care to co – create healthy societies. Nomzamo facilitates self repair through yoga education, wellness programmes & self – mastery coaching.
Whether as a yoga teacher, life coach or a legal eagle, she holds space for people to feel, heal and deal. Nomzamo is reading for her Masters and exploring processes that resolve disputes in ways that facilitate healing justice.
Yoga classes:
Hatha and Kundalini yoga. I can support students to start and/or maintain a yoga practice tailored to their wellness needs. Classes include breathwork and meditation. These can also be taught separately.
Breathwork:
Breathing sessions support clients to understand the importance and value of breathwork while teaching practical, accessible techniques.
Mindfulness & Meditation:
I support students to understand the power of being present to what is happening as it is happening. By learning to pay attention, you are more present the richness of each moment, decreasing stress and anxiety. There are a range of meditation techniques. Some involve breath awareness, others work with sound, some are dynamic. I support students to develop a meditation practice that resonates with them.
Holistic Health Programmes:
I design personalised wellness programmes that support clients to address wellness challenges or goals. I have worked with clients navigating grief, anxiety & reconnecting with their health. As a coach, I support you to navigate personal challenges by connecting to your inner wisdom and truth. We work with tools that support physical, mental and emotional health .
